Luxury jewelry retailer specializing in engagement rings and bridal jewelry. Customers are able to design a custom engagement ring online, then have the ring shipped to a nearby jewelry store to preview in person.

I streamlined the marketing email process and improved its design. This increased the engagement and open rate by over 50% and hit a company high. I also worked on various landing page experiences, and the complete visual language and design of the Holiday Gift Guide. In addition, I worked closely with marketing to curate social media posts and participated in photoshoots.
